We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us at support@evansvillefurniture.com or call (812) 555-0100 as soon as possible — most issues are easiest to resolve early.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If an item arrives damaged or doesn't work on first use, contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Take photos if possible. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Used appliances — store warranty

Used appliances are covered by our store warranty for 7 days from pickup or delivery, unless an extended warranty was purchased at checkout. Within the warranty period we will repair or replace the appliance at no charge if it stops working under normal household use. The warranty does not cover misuse, damage from improper installation, or cosmetic wear disclosed at the time of sale.
