We offer two ways to get your items: free in-store pickup, or local delivery to a list of Evansville-area ZIP codes. You choose the option that works for you at checkout.
In-store pickup
- Address: 1915 Covert Ave, Evansville, IN 47714
- Cost: Free.
- Scheduling: select a pickup date and time at checkout. We require at least 24 hours' notice so we can have your item ready.
- Hours: see our store hours below.
- What to bring: your order confirmation email and a photo ID.
Local delivery
- Delivery fee: $75.
- Service area: we currently deliver to the following Evansville-area ZIP codes:
47710, 47711, 47712, 47713, 47714, 47715, 47720
- If your ZIP isn't listed, contact us — we may still be able to help.
- Scheduling: after you place an order, we'll contact you within 1 business day to schedule a delivery window (typically morning or afternoon).
- Delivery includes bringing the item to a ground-floor entrance. Stairs, removal of old appliances, and installation/hookup may be available for an additional fee — please ask in advance.
- Someone 18 or older must be present at delivery to inspect the item and sign for it.
Lead time
Items currently in stock typically ship within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Special-order or supplier-sourced items take longer; the product page will indicate the expected lead time.
Inspection on delivery
Please inspect items at the time of pickup or delivery. If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery paperwork (or take photos) and contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. See our Return Policy for full details.
